01
Why verification requests are rejected
Most rejections have nothing to do with whether a business is real. They come from small mismatches that a reviewer cannot reconcile, and every failed attempt makes the next one slower.
Name mismatch
The legal name on the registration certificate differs from the name entered in Business Manager, often by a suffix such as Ltd, LLC or Pvt.
Address that does not match
The address on the utility bill or bank statement differs from the one in Business Info, or the document is older than Meta accepts.
Unverified or unrelated domain
The website listed is not verified in Business Manager, does not show the business name, or belongs to a third party.
Unreachable contact details
The phone number or business email cannot receive Meta's confirmation code, so the request stalls at the contact step.
Low-quality uploads
Cropped scans, screenshots or expired documents are rejected even when the information on them is correct.
Repeated blind resubmissions
Submitting again without fixing the cause adds review time and makes the account look higher risk.
02
What the service covers
A complete verification file, prepared to match exactly what Meta asks for, and a broker who sees it through to a decision.
Eligibility check
We confirm your Business Manager is eligible to start verification and that nothing on the account will block the request.
Business Info alignment
Legal name, address, phone and website in Business Info are set to match your documents character for character.
Document audit
We review your registration, tax and address documents, tell you which to submit and flag anything Meta is likely to refuse.
Domain verification
We add your domain to Business Manager and guide the DNS TXT record, meta-tag or HTML file method, whichever suits your host.
Contact confirmation
We choose the confirmation route (phone, email or domain) that you can actually receive, before the request is sent.
Submission and tracking
We submit from your Business Manager through partner access and watch the request daily until Meta decides.
Resubmission plan
If Meta asks for more information or declines, we read the reason, correct the file and resubmit once at no extra charge.
Post-verification setup
We point you to what verification unlocks: ad account limits, WhatsApp messaging limits and app review eligibility.
03
How a verification runs
Five steps, each confirmed with you in writing before we move on.
- 1
Scope call
Day 0We look at your Business Manager, country of registration and the documents you hold, then confirm in writing whether verification is realistic now.
- 2
File preparation
Day 1–2Business Info is aligned with your documents, the domain is verified and every upload is checked for legibility and date.
- 3
Submission
Day 2We submit the request from your Business Manager and confirm the contact step with you in real time.
- 4
Review watch
Usually 2–14 daysMeta reviews the request. We monitor daily and answer any request for more information the same day.
- 5
Decision and next steps
On decisionOnce verified, we hand over a short note on what changed. If declined, we correct the cause and resubmit.
04
Who this is for
Growing advertisers
Brands whose ad account limits or Business Manager features are capped until the business is verified.
WhatsApp API applicants
Teams who need a verified business before Meta raises their WhatsApp messaging limits or approves a display name.
Agencies
Agencies onboarding a client whose own Business Manager must be verified before work can begin.
App developers
Developers who need business verification to pass Meta app review for advanced permissions.
05
What you'll need to provide
Meta accepts different documents per country. We confirm the exact set for yours on the scope call; this is the usual starting list.
- Admin access to your Business Manager (we work through partner access, never your password)
- Business registration certificate or certificate of incorporation showing the legal name
- A document showing the registered address: recent utility bill, bank statement or tax document
- A business website on a domain you control, showing your business name
- A business phone number or email address that can receive a confirmation code
- Tax or VAT registration document, where one exists in your country
Every document must be issued to the same legal name. We never edit or alter documents, and we decline cases where they don't match the business.

Questions, answered
It is Meta's process for confirming that a Business Manager (now part of Meta Business Suite) belongs to a real, registered business. Meta checks your legal name, address, phone or email, and website against official documents.
This service verifies your own Business Manager. It stays in your name and under your control throughout; we only work through partner access you grant and can remove at any time.
Meta's review usually takes between two and fourteen days once the request is submitted. Our preparation typically takes one to two days before that.
No one can. Meta makes the final decision. What we do is remove the mismatches that cause most rejections, and if Meta declines we correct the cause and resubmit once at no extra charge.
It depends on your country. Common ones are a business registration certificate, articles of incorporation, a tax or VAT registration and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing the business address. We confirm your exact set on the scope call.
In most cases, yes. Meta asks for a website on a domain you control that shows your business name, and verifying that domain in Business Manager strengthens the request.
Verified businesses can usually access higher ad account and messaging limits, request WhatsApp Business API display names and higher tiers, and pass Meta app review for advanced permissions.
Never. You add us as a partner in Business Settings with the minimum permissions needed, and you can remove that access the moment we finish.
We read Meta's reason, correct the business details or documents, and resubmit once without charge. If the decline reflects a document you cannot obtain, we tell you plainly.
Yes. Alongside this service the desk holds Business Managers that are already verified, inspected and covered by replacement cover. They suit buyers who need to launch now; verifying your own BM is the better long-term route. See the Business Managers category for current stock.
Yes, as long as the documents are issued to the business and match the details in Business Manager. Meta reviews the business, not where the owner lives.
Start with a document check.
Send us your country and the documents you have. A broker will tell you, in writing, whether verification is realistic now and what to fix first.
