Information collected
When you contact the desk we receive the identifiers you use on that channel (a phone number or email address) together with the conversation itself. Briefs sent through the contact form are also saved for the desk: your name, email, optional handle and company, and what you asked for. Reviews submitted on listings store the name and text you provide. The website records ordinary server logs for security.
Purpose
To answer enquiries, complete hand-overs, issue invoices, administer cover claims and keep the service secure. Personal data is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising.
Retention
Order correspondence is kept for the cover window plus twelve months. Contact-form briefs are kept for twelve months. Server logs rotate within ninety days. Reviews remain until you ask for removal.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, request correction, or request deletion subject to legal obligations. Requests through any channel are answered within fourteen days.

The public site sets a theme preference only. The console uses essential session cookies. No tracking cookies are used.
